Just back from the Sharks gig. Was awesome.
Met the band and hung with them before and after. I even did the ‘this place smells of up dog’ quip to James. Loved every moment of tonight but still can’t shake the feeling of loneliness of the last few days. Hot weather equals couples showing how lovey dovey they are and me being lonely.

Today at work I walked in all happy and smiling just had a nice walk in the sun with The Wonder Years playing then to my horror i walk into a conversation with sixty year olds talking about vibrators and kinkiest sexual experiences. Of course i went along for the ride and boy do my ears and mind feel worse off for the experience. One tip: Dont eat the cucumber from Phylis fridge.

So last night was a mess.

Sharks new album is incredible. So uplifting and everything I expected from them. Cannot wait to go see them next week. Seeing them for the second time. Seriously highly recommend this band and this album. For fans of the Clash and the Gaslight Anthem. Or just punk music in general.
